Structural Steel Fabrication, Engineering & Erection

ASAECO provides engineering, fabrication, delivery and erection services for structural steel projects across industrial, commercial, infrastructure and building applications.

Our manufacturing facility is equipped for the fabrication of approximately 700 tons of structural steel per month, allowing ASAECO to support projects of varying scales and technical complexity.

Factory-controlled production enables dimensional inspection, welding quality control, connection verification and coordinated shipment sequencing prior to erection.

Each project is evaluated based on structural drawings, fabrication tonnage, connection systems, project location, technical specifications and required delivery schedule.

Structural Steel Manufacturing Facility

ASAECO operates a dedicated structural steel manufacturing facility equipped to support industrial and building projects with an approximate production capacity of 700 tons per month.

Production schedules are planned according to project tonnage, fabrication complexity and current manufacturing workload.

Following engineering review, structural components move through cutting, drilling, assembly, welding, dimensional inspection, quality control and surface preparation.

Components are then identified, packed and sequenced according to the erection plan before delivery to the project site.

Bolted Structural Steel Systems

In bolted structural steel systems, primary members and connection components are fabricated and prepared in the factory before being assembled at the project site.

Factory fabrication allows better control of hole positioning, connection plates, dimensional tolerances and overall fabrication quality while reducing the amount of site welding required.

Connection types, bolt arrangements and fabrication details are coordinated with structural drawings and project specifications prior to production.

Structural Steel Project Execution Process

PROJECT REVIEW & ESTIMATION

Structural drawings, estimated tonnage, connection types, coating requirements, project location and scope of services are reviewed.

Once the required technical information is available, ASAECO can prepare an initial fabrication plan, schedule and commercial estimate.

SHOP DRAWING PREPARATION

Fabrication drawings and connection details are prepared and reviewed before components enter production.

Coordination between structural, architectural and MEP requirements helps reduce modifications during fabrication and erection.

FABRICATION & QUALITY CONTROL

Structural components are cut, assembled and welded according to approved drawings and project requirements.

Dimensional inspection, connection verification and fabrication quality control are performed prior to coating and shipment.

DELIVERY & ERECTION

Structural components are packed and loaded according to the erection sequence before delivery to the project site.

Columns, beams, bracing systems and structural connections are erected according to the approved execution plan, site conditions and safety requirements.
